Initiate Your Return
Log into your GRUV account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and digital code inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
