How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To ensure product integrity, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed physical media (DVDs, Blu-rays, 4K UHD) within 30 days of purchase. Defective items can be exchanged for the same title.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international fans in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as secure checkout options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I redeem a digital code included with my purchase?
Digital codes can typically be redeemed through the platform specified on the insert (such as Movies Anywhere or Vudu). Please ensure you follow the specific redemption instructions included inside your product packaging.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to cancel. Please contact our support team immediately; however, once an order has reached the 'Processing' stage, it cannot be modified.
